His family has carefully processed these Castillo and Colombia varietals, fully washed, and dried using sun-dried and siloed methods, ensuring each cup reflects their dedication to quality. 

Johan also supports his wider community and helps guide the next generation of coffee growers — shaping great coffee through shared knowledge.
